Members: your name, how you prefer to be addressed, your household, mobile number and email address as listed on the ward ministering roster, visit schedules and attendance, notes leaders make when they call you, your text-message consent choices, and the text messages you exchange with the program. Staff: name, mobile number, and sign-in records. We use this information solely to coordinate quarterly ministering visits.
We use providers to run the program: Telnyx delivers text messages, Fly.io hosts the service, and Google Gemini reads text replies sent to the program and helps word proposals. They process information only to provide those services to us.
Leaders and administrators may connect an AI assistant (such as Claude, ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot) to their account. When they do, information they could already see in the program, which may include names, households, mobile numbers, visit history and message text, is sent to that assistant's provider, acting as a service provider supporting the program, to answer their request. Mobile information shared this way is never used for marketing or promotional purposes.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
