Your elders quorum uses the Quarterly Visit Coordinator to make scheduling your quarterly ministering interview easy. Once you subscribe, it will text you a few times that work, let you pick one with a single reply, confirm the interview, and remind you before it happens.
You don't sign into anything and you don't install an app. You subscribe once on a web page, and everything after that happens by text message.
The texts themselves say "quarterly visit" — that's just the app's wording for your ministering interview with a member of the quorum presidency.
Subscribing is completely optional. If you'd rather not get texts, your quorum leader will simply continue to coordinate with you directly.
A member of your quorum presidency or a quorum administrator will give you a personal opt-in code — on a small printed slip (often with a QR code) or by message.

scan it with your phone's camera — it opens the page with your code already
filled in.You'll see a "You're subscribed!" confirmation on screen and get a confirmation text on your phone shortly after. That's it — you're set for the whole program.
A few things to know before you subscribe - Message frequency varies (you'll typically only hear from it around scheduling time each quarter). - Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier plan. - Your mobile information is not shared with third parties for marketing. - Consent is not required for anything — it just enables the texts.
Every message starts with your quorum's name so you know it's legitimate. If you minister with a companion, the scheduling text may be addressed to both of you together.
You'll get a text offering a few times, like:
Beacon Pointe 2nd Ward: Hi Michael! Quarterly visit with David — pick 1/2/3: 1) Jul 13 9:00 AM 2) Jul 20 2:00 PM 3) Jul 27 6:30 PM. Reply STOP to opt out.
Reply with the number of the time that works for you (for example, 2).
Once a time is chosen, the interview is confirmed. You'll then get a reminder the day before and another about an hour before.
The system may text the presidency member conducting the interview (not you) to confirm it happened — so don't be surprised if it comes up.
You can text any of these at any time:

You are always in charge. Opting out won't affect anything else — your quorum leader will just coordinate with you the usual way.
I lost my opt-in code / never got one.
Ask a member of your quorum presidency or an administrator — they can give you
your code again and the link to https://ministering.beaconpointe2nd.org/join.
I entered my code but it didn't work. Double-check the code and your mobile number and try again. If it still won't go through, ask your quorum leader or an administrator to confirm your code.
I subscribed but haven't gotten any texts. That's normal between scheduling periods — you'll usually only hear from it around interview-scheduling time each quarter.
The texts stopped and I never texted STOP. Most likely your ward's ministering assignments were updated and you're no longer on the roster the system works from. When that happens it stops texting you automatically — you don't have to do anything, and you haven't been opted out. If you think it's a mistake, ask your quorum presidency or an administrator; they can put you back, and you won't need to subscribe again.
I replied with a number but I'm not sure it worked. If a time was accepted, you'll get a confirmation and, later, reminders. If the system couldn't understand a few replies in a row, it stops texting and a quorum leader will reach out personally instead.
I changed my mind — I don't want texts anymore.

Do I need this to have my quarterly interview? No. This just makes scheduling easier. If you don't subscribe, your quorum leader coordinates with you directly, the same as always.
