Quarterly visit coordination by text message
Beacon Pointe 2nd Ward Quarterly Visit Coordinator helps a volunteer congregation coordinate quarterly in-person ministering visits between leaders and members. Members who choose to receive text messages get scheduling proposals, visit confirmations, reminders, and post-visit follow-ups for their own quarterly visits.
An administrator first adds you to the roster and your leader gives you a unique personal opt-in code. To subscribe, visit our subscription page, enter your code and mobile number, and check the consent box (it is unchecked by default). No text message is ever sent to your number before you complete this opt-in.
Subscribing is optional and is not a condition of any service. If you'd rather not receive texts, your leader will continue to coordinate your visits directly.
